Hi there! I'm Desarai — a Christian wife and homeschooling mother of three amazing children. My husband and I made the intentional decision to homeschool our kids, even though it’s not the path most would take. It's a journey filled with both challenges and rewards, and we're excited to share our experiences — the highs and the lows — with you.

Homeschooling may seem unconventional, but we believe it's one of the most impactful ways to shape our children's future. As more families explore this path, we hope our story can offer encouragement, insight, and maybe even a little inspiration. If what we share helps your family, that’s a blessing to us.

We live in a quiet rural town in central Texas, where I also attended college. I married my best friend in 2016, and together we’ve built a life rooted in faith, love, and purpose. Our first child was born in 2018 and our youngest in 2024.

We believe it's our responsibility to guide our children's education and to instill in them the values we hold dear. Saying we're passionate about this would be an understatement — it's a calling.

While this blog is meant for fellow like-minded families, we don’t just want to talk about homeschooling. We’ll also be sharing our journey through personal growth, financial stewardship, family life, and most importantly, our walk with Christ. We're learning every day how to find balance in an ever-changing world — emotionally, spiritually, and practically.
